
working for women?
I would lose inches and pounds, and when I read fitness magazines to educate yourself on the development of says a lot about about lifting weights and squats and blah, blah, blah, and I wonder if I was making the wrong muscle gains every day instead of losing inches and pounds (ie not what I want)
Hello dear. I've been working for years. I have 26, so I think I can offer some advice. Recently, the fact that I saved me out working in a situation with an average rate. Search for "Sometimes it's better not to have a size 0" to read about what happened. It is likely to gain some muscle (or even a good deal if that's what you do.) But in the end, we must understand that it's okay for women to have a bit of muscle. You will not look like a man! Naturally, we have body fat that hides a little muscle tone. It is not so bad. I'm 5'7, recently gained 30 pounds because the pill, but it was very toned 150 pounds (but with curves) before. My legs are strong and muscular, because they work for years, but the natural fat I hide until you flex the muscle. I believe that the development is the best thing a woman can do for itself!
