The best brand of fitness equipment …?
I am looking to create a home gym in my basement, but I have no idea what are the best brands. I'm thinking of getting a universal set, and a treadmill. I've seen a lot of "Weider home gyms" on craigslist but one of my friends at the gym told me to avoid at all costs brand. He did recommend Bowflex. " Any suggestions? Thanks in advance.
