
figure fitness / body building female?
I want to start building the muscle to be a fitness figure competitor, I do not want to be a be a female body builder, I do not want to be so great that i scare ppl, but I want to be more than sung. im aiming at a figure similar to Jaime Koeppe. Im 23 and in currently 160 pounds (one pound little more fat to lose) and 5'4, 5'5 is Jaime. my questions are, what are the best exercises to do? I have a similar home gym total gym, the biggest loser dvds, free weights, jump rope, ball and body and mat pilates dvds and other computers on your home number. also what are the best foods to eat for building muscle in a woman? how long a day should I spend working out?
if you want to be seriously and participate in contests then you'll have to change your lifestyle. u will have to take ur life revolves around fitness. that sounds more difficult than it is what this is what u do. wake up and do cardio for about 30-45 minutes before something or something else to do (running or swimming works best). While doing cardio when I wake up burns or 300% more fat than do so at any other time. now ur going to want to try eating six small meals spread throughout the day and drink 1-2 liters of water per day this will increase ur metabolism. Make sure ur eating healthy (no fast food, no pop or candy, etc.). now I'm not sure what is best for women when is lifting, but it shouldn't be very different from what men do. so going by that, you should lift or a muscle group per day, for example: chest-bench Monday, flies, dumbell bench, incline and decline Tuesday biceps curls, hammer curls, preacher curls, chin-ups, leg squats Wednesday, leg press, the lunges, bent legs, Thursday-shoulders extensions, dumbell raises traps, military press, reverse flies, shrugs, triceps pushdowns "Friday. sauces, lying dumbell extensions Saturdays and Sundays, outside of this schedule has worked for many many people, but there are many Trew lifts me right there. u shouldn't have to worry about from getting too muscular if u just pick up and just lift light weights for about 45 minutes. u need muscle if ur going to have a low% body fat so only if you keep an eye on that. just remember that your diet is the most important thing ur going to have to worry about the rest cuz is not that hard. im really interested if Thus a serious or e-mail if necessary or clear me anything.
