A brief history of animated Films
Animate is to infuse life into something that is inanimate and lifeless. An animated film brings to life characters painted or sketched. The hero and heroines are not real Movie Stars or the lives of animals and birds.
animated films involve the quick display a series of images to give the illusion of movement. It is a kind of optical illusion of movement. The phenomenon known as persistence of vision.
Animation effects began long time ago and not a new invention in the world of cinema. In the cave paintings of the Stone Age were the animals with many legs overlapping positions in an attempt to capture movement. In 1800 the books became popular when you flip the rapid browsing through these special books that the viewer has the impression of movement. But it was not until the release of films that animated films really took off. A single person can not be credited as the creator of animated films. It was several people on various projects.
Georges Melies was the first venture with effect special movies using animation techniques. Accidentally discovered – the stop-motion animation, when his camera happened to break down. He was shooting a bus. But when the camera is attached to a horse came in sight and the net result was that the bus turned into a horse! J. Stuart Blackton came to combine animation techniques and stop motion hand-for the first time in the early 20th century. Blackton is often referred to as the success of the first animator.
French Artist Emile Cohl made a cartoon film hand-painted strips Fantasmagorie name in 1908. The film tells a moving rod and assembly of other objects like a bottle of wine that turns into a flower. Sometimes the hands of the animator took the stage. Each table has been drawn on paper and then each was shot in a film negative who gave him a blackboard effect. Therefore, we can say that Fantasmagorie was the first animated film to make his debut.
Soon many other artists began to experiment. One of them was a newspaper cartoonist Winsor McCay started working with a team. It produced such films as Little Nemo and Gertie said the dinosaur. In 1910 s cartoon "animation began to rule the scene. The technique became known as cel-animation.
Warner Bros. and the Walt Disney studio was mythical names to be associated with the animation industry in its own right in the world of cinema. limited animation uses less detail. Japan and United Productions of America films animation produced with this method. Another popular technique is rotoscoping. In 1917 Max Fleischer patented it. Here the animators copied frame by frame actions in vivo.
The other methods are stop-motion animation, clay animation (clay figures), cutting animation (using paper and fabric), the silhouette of animation, graphics, animation, model animation, object animation and puppet animation. In humans pixelation are used for work stop motion. This allows surreal effects such as disappearances and appearance. The latest technique in computer animation includes many types of techniques. These are done digitally on a computer machine.
Thus we find that in cartoons and films or pictures are photographed individually by stop-frame cinematography. A picture is slightly different from the other giving the illusion of movement. These move in rapid succession – about 24 frames per second. Animation can be considered as a technique of the film and not a separate category of film. These films were ideal to represent fairy tales and captured the hearts of the children at all times to come. It is difficult to find an adult not allowed to enjoy animated films.
