I am interested in starting my own Spa, how do I do?
I am intereseted in starting my own Spa Retreat. I I will and I want to offer that to people. I wish to extend nails, Massages, facials. Anyone know how I can start>?
You probably have difficulty in financing this operation, so expect to need it most or all of the money to start and run six months to lose money. 1. Search this competition means to try to establish that The Spa has the best chance of success. 2. you must meet to one of three conditions to successfully start a business A. have a single company, you do this you may think you will not only do you do will be different, but still compete with spa b. have a superior product demonstratabily-do-you sound of your name is not automatically reqister higher, for example, you can not ever drriven a Rolls Royce, but you recognize the quality-for what you can charge more and the public pay c. have a comparable product of, at a lower price. Your Nitch will offer a spa where there is no spa at the time, or better prices. THEN the biggie! you have to let the public know it's there. This may be something newspapers / mouth / flyers / arrangement with one Health club / etc. example: Krispy Kreme donuts. for about four months before they opened their location in San Antonio, TX. they went around giving away donuts free to all businesses. the result, when they finally opened there was a wait of two hours to buy donuts and let the news with video lines. one thing you can not do is depend on a phone book-it is really expensive and 2. the phone book has only once a year, or you once you open the new phone book (hard to do) or get structured to make your own advertising, at least initially. next line construction equipment he probably needs to be redone to accomidate your needs, which require an agreement with the owner who pays, or you, it will be divided or with a long lease, the landlord can. next-employees-that's where you could consider partners, they have a vested interest in the skills and money and even less desirable, but an option would be to rent out space to operators, nails, massage etc..
