How can you package and ship a gift basket?
I want to set up a gift basket filled with toiletries, Spa supplies, and other things. How do I package the gift basket properly so I do not have things under the basket and move when it comes at its destination?
Firstly, you do not want things in the basket moves around while in shipment. To keep things in their place, use or Styrofoam floral foam to act as spacers and you can even push the edges of some items in the foam so that there is more to say. To hide the foam, cover with dry moss color you want, or even thin strips of paper color. Many products are available for use for that purpose. You can use staples to hold the foam or paper to foam. Also, try using baskets without handles from the handles can get in the way when you go to your cart retractable. Ideally, you want the shrink to go directly to items in the basket rather than a handful. It works better that way. Use as many as shrink wrap necessary, heavy items may require more points of light. Finally, a ship in an area that has plenty of room on all sides so that the peanuts completely isolated in the basket.
