Going to a Spa during your period?
We booked a two day visit to a spa with Finnish bath, sauna, steam room and Massage. However, I think my time could come sooner than I'm having cramps already. I do not want to cancel, but I can still touch my massage and bathing Finnish or not? Should I wear a pad (PAD) or buffer? Please can I have advice, Thanks.
A pad will soak up water like a diaper. Really … Use a stamp or no spa.
