What can I try to put and keep my sleep?
I was on the right 4 times, I've tried Lunesta, what does not just gives me a metallic taste in the mouth, Ambien, which did help a little but I woke up an hour later, Ambien CR, which has helped but Dr. does not prescribe for two weeks, she said she did not want to rely on them.I was then prescribed Trazadone nightmares.I, what does not and gives me poor have also tried over the pills cons, melatonin, kava kava, valerian root, chamomile and tea in vain. I'm allergic to milk, then I can not try that.Im know WHICH completely frustrated and what else to do.I have tried the treatment of type Relaxation, but I still wake up continuesly.Is it Another thing I do? Or just get a new doctor? Also, I get plenty of exercise, proper diet, no caffeine, and I not drink alcohol. Ive tried the music thing, reading and clearing the mind, if I do happen to fall asleep, its only for two trays hours.
