Tool, the rock-band which has changed the way things are, is ultimately giving everybody a bit, not only of their songs, but of the distinct fashion statement too. On 2001, the band also released one more album, Systema Encéphale, containing 12 tracks. The band however, was hounded by difficulties of file sharing networks because bogus files of their tracks were being made available. The band members – drummer Danny Carey, vocalist Maynard James Keenan, guitarist Adam Jones and bassist Justin Chancellor (who substituted Paul D’Amour in 1995) – were extremely critical of file sharing networks due to the unwanted effects they have on musicians which are very much relying on record sales.
A month after that, the band revealed that the album’s name would be Lateralus, and that Systema Encéphale and the track that include this had been all a ruse. With the album and with trips, this rock band later on took a step forward into alternative and progressive rock.
In 2006, the band released yet another album, 10, 000 days. As well as the band literally has this “cult” of fans on their belt.
