Classic Movie ….?
The 1950 is a western called "High Noon" starring Gary Cooper and Grace Kelly came out. The film was considered controversial. Why is that? also loads of symbolism is used, give me some examples and reasons why they used it. Also if you tell me how to give extra points going to do that to the BEST answer. =]
According to IMDB.com, the film was conceived as an allegory in Hollywood by the fact that people in Hollywood to defend the House Un-American Activities Committee during the McCarthy era.
