Full body workout at home with no equipment …?
My friend wants to "strengthen" a little and are looking for a bit of exercise makes the whole body. He has no fitness equipment and is not willing to buy anything, too (after reading the responses of others) that does not do any dancing. I would prefer if it had a link to any website that fits the question. Thanks
Any isometric exercises will do it for him. I'm too lazy to search online to give you a reference
