When agencies designed their insurance claim forms that made a big mistake. They left a big blank area for drivers, owners, passengers and any person filing a claim by describing, in their own words, exactly what happened to cause the accident. These white spots have given Birth to some of the funniest stories insurance claims ever counted! Here's a look at what insurance professionals today to see cross their desks every day:
