P90X fitness results w / o the pull up bar?
I have no way to put a pull up bar in my house. I wondered if I could give you the results if you use the only bands? I have everything else.
Mrjwhit, First let me P90X is no joke, nor is it a fad! It is also not Tae Bo! Both programs if followed correctly will give amazing results. I speak from experience I've done both. Now, to get an idea of how P90X is serious, I learned the hard way that was not ready for P90X. I could not complete the third phase, because I was not in good enough shape to start. Now, if you can get a good job done by the use of the bands and the attachment of the door.
