Anyone who tries a cheap fitness equipment Tesco + dvd?
I went a little crazy and bought a weighted ball and the rubber band giant one last night, £ 9 each – not bad with DVD! I have not tried yet, but I was wondering if anyone had tried, or others, and if you really were given a good work out and had good results re toning gym? Thanks and
I havent tested but have you ever noticed when you meet at Tesco all heads together and get them to do exercise lol! its hilarious
