I need a boxing gym routine …?

Does anyone give me an effective fitness routine to build muscle, anaerobic and aerobic capacity …? Im not overweight, but I want to build muscle (not to be huge – I'd be doing weights – only to cut) and get in great shape. Also I have no butt, so I would appreciate any specific limit exercise, and ab work. The only team I have is a punching bag (and gloves, of course) bar chin-up, jumping rope and I) 5 kg medicine ball (. Now I swim 5 times a week, so I have very strong shoulders and good condition physically, but my leg muscles are missing, and I like the feeling of punching things! Also, could you help with specific technical shock? I'm afraid I'm currently doing wrong because my fingers tend to affect later … Does it get better with time? Should I hit less hard? Would really appreciate if you help me with this! Salud!

I was surprised, but the main reason boxers have that body because they do not have a lot of body fat, what it means to do a lot of cardio (running, jumping rope, etc.) A boxer does not adequately incorporate routines based weights or weight, but While natural exercises such as push-ups and sit-ups (and even then, the floor work is absolutely mandatory abdominal only). Shadowboxing is so great heavyweight guys like Floyd Patterson and Mike Tyson have in their hands and threw combinations fast as hell. Without the resistance of a bag or the impact of hitting an opponent his punches and combination stop bursts, is shadowboxing with combinations that puts you on the road to be as fast as possible. How many boxers or wrestlers know shadowboxing approach as a serious training? None of us want to be taken seriously. Here is my personal calendar that I did (and never really found the time to do so for more than three consecutive days) for myself based off of the routines of other professionals as well as talking on the phone with Kevin Rooney from time to time. My advice is to take it and change things, repetitions or decrease their preference and mess around with it to make it work for usted. Monday-Friday morning (6:00 AM): Stretch – 5 minutes jog 3-5 miles. Eat breakfast. Go back to bed. noon – 5 minutes Punch mitts and Protector of the body – 10 minutes of double end of the bag – 10 minutes Heavy Bag – 10 minutes Floor work (in the circuits of 5): – 100 Sit-ups (20) – 100 Abs (20) – 100 abdominal oblique (20) – 100 Push-ups (20) – 100 Dips (20) Neck work – 10 minutes of Jump Rope – 10 minutes of stomach and ribs Medicine Ball – 5 minutes Night: (9:00 PM): Stretch – 5 minutes Bike Ride – 30 minutes more important is eating well. None of this work if you do not eat well.
