Silent exercises that can ruin your golf game

"Pursuit of Golf 'is a term used too loosely and somewhat vague. The big problem is that injured following bad advice. Bottom line is – golf exercises "wrong" can wreak havoc on your game and cause long-term injuries.

A Actually – I shudder when I see golfers of pumping on weights and machines in the gym. As a matter of fact – I think it's pretty absurd for the typical golfer lifting weights and pumping up on the machines to try to improve your golf performance.

Your golf training emphasis should be on stretching and exercises to improve flexibility – and then core conditioning moves.

Add some hill work and cardio-vestibular conditioning in the floppies or towels rolled.

Most of what I just mentioned can be done very effectively with simple body weight exercises.

Throw in some useful and economic resistance bands, a nice floor mat, 55 or 65 cm Swiss / exercise ball, maybe a light medicine ball, and even some light hand weights (8's, 10 and 12's) – and you have everything you need for some serious golf conditioning and performance improvement – as well as a smart, everywhere well balanced fitness program for all areas of your life – even in the bedroom (because what counts score also know – just ask his wife).

With all that said – I know there are still some players out there that are still going to 'hit the gym and do what others … By So – if this sounds as if here is a body of a few years the destruction of the game I advise you to drop from your program:

UNO – Lat Pulldowns Behind the neck or head

DOS – Machines shoulder behind the head and neck

THREE – stiff-legged dead-lifts

FOUR – Traditional Bench Presses

FIVE – Wide Dumbbell flies or flies regular Cable Cross

SIX – Old-School abdominal

These are just a handful of games potential murderers and body – and more – but do not want to overwhelm them. You must understand that as a golf nut you have to do exercises that take account of your choice sport and how your body should be done in this particular sport – where the sport is golf.

Golf requires and synergistic blend of range of motion, specific strength and endurance courses – which can not be done through a typical routine, exercise general.

Use whole body stretches and exercises flexibility as their base golf conditioning, basic training as their next level of resistance and then as the finishing touch to a complete program.

Combine each of these elements consistent golf conditioning and your friends will want to know "what we have been doing."

Whether or not you choose to share their secret weapon of golf with the boys "up to you, big swinger.
