Day Spa and Holistic Health Spa?
A Day Spa has always been a popular area of the system of female beauty. In fact, there an increasing tendency for men to be part of their diet too. Maybe not elegant beauty, but would be a better term for a man?
There are many types of day spas, but have you thought what you want to experience outside of radiant skin and a new spring in the step? What I mean is that if all you do is give your body a complete service, you miss?
Day Spa, sometimes called health and Beauty Spas are dedicated to Relaxation and Rejuvenation of body, but what about the mind? A day spa should not only be a place on the massage, nail care, beauty treatment, spa and skin.
Personally, I would try an experiment where your mind is as relaxed as your body. Where does this start? It begins with the physical environment and approach owners.
An old building, Tastefully decorated, without self-consciousness is an excellent starting point. The ability to feel comfortable and blend in wherever you are is an element essential.
How about a place where all clocks have been stopped! Where there is no time at all and you do not feel rushed? Most of us feel rushed at the minute the alarm rings at the time we sink into a hot bath much later in the night.
The idea of a day spa where the mind and body are treated simultaneously is not new and often described by the word 'wellness'. My preference is to use the term "holistic, whose definition is a philosophy that considers aspects physical and mental life as closely related and equally important approaches to treatment.
So will you choose a day spa or a Holistic Health spa? You can choose to do, but for me it's a draw, preferring an environment that is more than people smile and treatments great. A spring cleaning of the mind as well as setting up service for my body is the ultimate goal when choosing a day spa.
