
What are your fav fun ways to get a cardio workout?
I'm setting up a training camp and I want to cardiovascular cardiovascular training camp is for overweight people who need some type of motivation. I would say: Swimming! (Always fun, but be sure they know to keep moving) Dance (you may have more or less a party with music and dance around the world) WiiFit (not the Greatest, but it's fun) Boxing (Will not be great because it works your upper body mostly in place but work) SPORTS! (They are a great way to keep your heart rate but make sure that are the sports that keep you moving) Rowing
