How to have lasting relationships with our customers
Customers are the most valuable assets for a company. Without customers, there can be company. With the poor quality of customers, the company will be poor and if you manage to find some very good and loyal, your company does not rise and more. All this is very exciting. But it is not easy to get great clients and even harder to retain. After all, what you do, your competitors attempted the same thing and can use better techniques for doing business. Are there any innovative approaches to Customer Relationships?
We speak of direct selling in this debate and not sales of goods broad consumer base. For example, if you are a contractor maintenance sites working air conditioners to customers. Or a direct sale of computer hardware for business buyers, and all these companies with sales to individual customers are important, and you are in direct contact with customers.
The first requirement is the satisfaction of customers of course. If the customer is satisfied with your time response, the after sales service and can count on you, the price can become secondary. All customers are not buying from a supplier whose sales at the lowest price. If your product cost is a small percentage of total customer charges or if your product is essential for your customers, you are onto something good. How To retain these customers, despite all the competition? What factors other than customer satisfaction?
The relationship is one of these other factors important. Do you relate to your clients only professionally, or who are very good friends? These two extremes can hurt. For a business relationship long-term friendship is not good for the health of your business. Any problem of the personal friendship will directly affect your company. What if your relationship with your customers mechanically in a professional style totally devoid of personal touch? You know the answer yourself.
What is needed is a relationship that does not border on personal friendships, but through mechanical approach. Balance delicate balance between the personal and professional.
