Does anyone know the name of this Movie?
It's a cartoon of Batman. I can not remember when it was made, but the wildcard, the scarecrow, penguin, two face are part of the hallucination of Batman and falls into the mouth of the scarecrow. I can not really remember much more. and is the mask of the phantom or at least I do not believe it. please help me
